Refuse to give the money back for tickets, I saw a girl being grabbed and throw down by co-owner when she asked him for her money back. She landed on her face.I spoke with her outside the club, she placed the complain with a 94th precinct. she had bruises all over, none of her 5 friends were allowed to go upstairs and get their belongings. Unbelievable. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On March 25 I travelled through KLM from Sandefjord (Norway) to Amsterdam where I was supposed to catch the connection flight to Lisbon. The flight numbers were: KL1218 at 17h30 from Sandefjord to Amsterdam and KL1697 at 21h from Amsterdam to Lisbon.</p>
<p>The plane that should depart from Sandefjord at 17h30 only arrived at 19h, which by itself made it impossible for me to catch the connection flight. We got on the plane at 19h30 but only departed 2 hours later. After 1 hour waiting on board of the plane the captain announced as an explanation that we were overweight (shouldn&#8217;t they have noticed that during the check in of all passengers more than 3 hours before?) and that they had to take off fuel and also due to bad weather planes were not departing (we could see through our windows planes landing and departing at that exact time) and that Denmark had closed their airspace to our plane (strange&#8230;). Finally we got to Amsterdam and arrived there at 23h. Having lost my connection I went to the transfer desk. The only alternative I was given was the next day flight to Lisbon at 12h20 and although I asked for accommodation for the night (we were missing 13 hours for the departure I was told it was not possible and I could have a 10€ voucher de 10€ to use at some (not all) restaurants of the airport and a 5 minutes call from a single phone that in fact did not work properly as you could hear the person you were talking to. Despite explaining to them it was not correct to just leave me like that especially since the cause of the delay was a delay from KLM departing from Amsterdam to Sandefjord (this flight arrived over 2 hours late) that caused me to lose the connection flight to Lisbon they did no more. I stayed 13 hours at the airport by myself without any support from the company that caused it. Also they didn&#8217;t agree in finding an earlier flight (even from another company) and when I asked for a note to present at work as I was going to lose a day&#8217;s work explaining the reason they denied to give such note. I already knew that delays at this company are constant, always putting at risk connections, but I find this kind of treatment and lack of respect unacceptable.</p>

There was a male employee about 5&#8242;9-5&#8242;10, white american, skinny. He wasn&#8217;t wearing a name tag. He was so rude. Rolling his eyes and speaking in an attitude tone of voice. I was very disturbed by his behavior. Someone needs to do something about. </p>

<p>apparently I am not the only customer this has happened to. for the past 3 months our internet charges have increased by $30.00 a month. when we contacted bell, their customer service is out of india, or some other country where they can hardly speak english ???? they claim if WE cancel out internet service, we must pay a penalty fee.</p>
<p>is this not classified as breach of contract by bell canada ???? how can they charge us without notification ????</p>
<p>I would like to know how many others are effected by the increase with bell internet services ????</p>
<p>can they do this to us ????</p>
<p>note that the account is in my husband&#8217;s name&#8230;. </p>

<p>I need help.</p>
<p>I called Vonage Canada for a home phone line, when I call the first day to sign up account on 22 May 07, I asked if I can get fax from my phone, the customer care said yes. I also asked about the refund, the customer care said 30 days full refund.</p>
<p>But not true! I can not get and send fax with the voice phone line.</p>
<p>I called to cancel the phone line on 16 Jun 07, but the technical support asked me to turn off the call forward and call waiting. However, I still can not get fax.</p>
<p>I also send Email to customer service asked for halp about the fax problem, Miranda reply me.</p>
<p>I called on 19 Jun wish to cancel the phone line, the customer care said I can send the package back and get the full refund, but when she transferred me to John Luis, he said he need to change the voice line in order for me to get fax, also I can try to get fax using my computer. There will be two months for me use the service to try. I asked him, if it doesn&#8217;t work, can I get the full refund? He said yes.<br />

<p>I did not wait for two month, I try and try, did not work, I want to cancel the phone line.</p>
<p>On 24 Jun 07, I send email to Miranda and John, I told them the fax is not working and I want to cancel the account, but no one reply me.</p>
<p>I call 24 Jun 07 to the customer care, but they said Toronto office is closed.</p>
<p>I called 25 Jun 07 to the customer care, but they said the &#8220;system problem&#8221; can not transfer me to the manager.</p>
<p>I called today, 27 Jun 07, finally I can talk to John and the other manager Marianne, but they don&#8217;t get me the full refund, and Marianne charge me $158.18 to cancel the phone line.</p>
<p>I loss my business when my customer try to fax me, I loss the time when I try to cancel the phone one, I have called and waited so many times just wanted to cancel the phone line, and now I can not get the refund and I have to pay cancel fees. It is very unreasonable.</p>
<p>I want other people be aware of service like that, they will try what ever they can to keep you in service within the full refund time, and charge you what ever they can charge you when you ask for cancellation of the account.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Visited a Rogers Authorized dealer provided the documentation he requested (a copy of my driver’s license and a copy of a bank letter indicating my address). Told the rep that address in license was different from address I was given him because I had just moved there, also requested home phone service.</p>
<p>As soon as I got the first bill I sent in the check for the total amount. Three days later my service was disconnected. I called the rep at the cell he gave me and some one else (another rep from a different location answered) he told me that he was assigned the number because there were certain irregularities with the rep that sold me the service and that he would not be available at that number. He volunteered to help me. I went to his Roger’s location and brought again proof of my identity (photo copies of my license and passport) a copy of voided check and a copy of another letter from my bank showing my new address.</p>
<p>Three days later still he was not able to do any thing, so I called Rogers customer service and they told me that my account was being handled by the Theft and Loss Prevention Department. I called them and asked why was my service turned off; the rep explained that they have not received the proper paper work, and if I simply supply them with that my service would be restored. I faxed the documentation again (photo copies of my license and passport) a copy of voided check and a copy of another letter from my bank showing my new address. He proceeded to activate the phone partially and told me that in the morning when the rep handling my case would come that she would restore the full service. I got the phone working, but to my surprise early in the morning it was turned off again. I called Rogers and the rep told me that I was missing evidence that I have lived at the address that appeared in the contract, which was different from the one that I have in my license. The address was written there by the authorized dealer that sold me the service in the first place I did not made nor did I give or suggest it him. And unfortunately I did not notice the discrepancy before signing the contract or leaving his store.</p>
<p>She told that that was it, that it was my fault for providing false or misleading information, and that there was nothing that it could be done. It was like hitting a brick wall. I would not listen to my version of events.</p>
<p>My main concern is not getting the service restore. After reading all the horror stories Online about the way this company deals with its customers, and the rude and unprofessional way their reps have dealt with me, I am concerned about what their lack of competence and stupidity would do to my credit record and how can I solve this situation.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had registered with the LeadingEdge Personnel located at 8200 N. Mopac around the date of June 29, 2007. My recruiter was Rachel Richter. I dont recall the exact date. But later on i was contacted by Lisa Matthews about a job that was over 30 miles away from my address. I told her how i thought the offer was ridiculous due to the type of job and the distance of it. The recruiter then told me something like &#8220;We are not going to work you anymore&#8221;. She was very short, rude, and unprofessional with me. Later i had a talk with her manager.Her manager told me how she was going to work things out with Lisa. Im not very sure about the exact date, but afterwards i had a talk with the manager at LeadingEdge about getting me a job. I told her what type of job i wanted. She told me that i needed six months of experience for the particular job. Then she told me that she didnt think LeadingEdge would be the right resource for me. I was given the impression that after i got the 6 months of the work experience i needed, i could then get a postion through this employment agency. I already had 4 months of experience and a certification in the particular feild i wanted to work in. So after i got the other two months of this work experience through a different employment agency that got me on a temporary contract. I called back over to LeadingEdge for employment on the date of Oct 26, 2007. I was then told by Rachel Richter how i had to speak to the lawyer for this employment agency. I asked her why. She ask me something like &#8220;Why are you calling us&#8221;. I then tried to reason with her but she just said &#8220;Please dont call anymore&#8221;. At that point i knew that i had been discriminated against. Because she did not give me any good reason for telling me that. Austin, Texas</p>

Everything are changing, she hired a whole lot of unexperience staffs to work at kitchen supervice, director of nursing, and staffing. So everything are messing up. The foods are nasty, residents refuse to eat and loose weight. The cooker has to cook for almost 200 people in the hot kitchen, her sweats drop on the dishs and trays which serve for the residents. Doesn&#8217;t matter how many time cook aids complaint to the big boss, things are still the same. The new D.O.N. who was fired from many others place, and is diagnosis of on the border of dimentia. To save a litle money for the owner to get some bonus from it, she let&#8217;s the good experience lisence nurses go, and hired some new unexperience to take care the residents, who are unstable and just transferred in from hospital. With unexperiece and staffing cut, they don&#8217;t have time to assess the residents until their family notice the change of condition of their love one. Some of them have to transfer to hospital with a very bad condition, and some of them never come back with some reasons. And who are to blame for the extra money they save? Lisence nurses and CNA. </p>

In February of this year 2007, I took my car to this company because I was having a shifting problem and I was unable to get my car into any other shop as quick as I could at the time. I also did a little research about the company and was told that they had an excellent reputation for keeping their customers satisfied with the work done. At that time they charged my Warranty company for another transmission. Unfortunately once they completed the work on my car at that time they would not let me have my car back unless I had cash in hand for my portion of the bill, which was just under $400. When I was able to retrieve my car in April 2007, they had also charged me for putting gas in my car twice when they should never have had to put gas into my car because there was half a tank when I left it with them. The bill became almost $460. I paid the bill and left with my car, it was three days later I ended up having to take my car back because it was doing the same thing I took it to them for in February. They had my car again for another week and charged me almost $200 for the work they did. I was given a year warranty from the Transmission shop. I have only had my car back for two months after the second time of my car being in the transmission shop and I ended up having to take it back again to them because my car started doing the same thing that it originally was taken to them for. I called my warranty company about the problem and they told me that I had to take it back to the Transmission Depot because of the warranty that the shop gave to me. It has been one and a half weeks since I took my car back to them. On Monday I found out around 4pm that my car was ready but they told me that I had to have almost $800 before I could have my car back. I feel that I should not have to pay them anything because if they fixed the problem right in the first place I would not have had to take my car back to them for the same thing. I feel that they should take a loss in the cost of the repairs and also allow me to have my car back without having to pay them anything upfront. I require my car for work and with them having taken so long to deal with the problem without my go ahead, I feel that justice needs to be taken to deal with them. They told me it was electrical related and that the warranty does not cover the repairs. I am sorry but I feel because they did not do the job right in the first place that they should make it an exception. Please help me with what I can do to get my car back with either not paying the bill, not paying all of the bill or not having to pay the bill as soon as I go to pick-up my car. Thank you!</p>
