Avoid – Over past year been using these guys and had nothing but poor service not just with server performance but horrible customer service rather lack off !!! Since I’ve committed to a 2 year plan I am stuck !
Currently company had submitted a notice to its customers that a server migration will happen and would not notice any downtime or any actual account changes. Well now 4 days and counting and my site is offline and still not resolved. After many conversation via chat and phone they were clear in mentioning that I will not be compensated for lost days of service because of there Incompetence plus no eta on when my site will be back. Now I will be waiting entire week according to support. These guys are class act and quick to blame there customer.
