After switching all of my services over to "one" bill because I was told it was to be much easier for 'me' I was charged over $400.00 for disconnection fees???? All I did was switch bills. The excuse I received was that it was a system error and could not be reversed. I was told I should just pay the money and eventually be credited! Yeah right! It' mistake after mistake every month on my bill, I dread calling in monthly to fight with 'customer service' after spending 45 minutes on hold! Bell Canada sucks and I am switching to Rogers!! I have been a customer of Bell for over 10 years and I regret every minute!!
