I have a big issue with your company .i am rogers customer since 2002 now I have 5 cell phone with your company.going on since September 2008
It is unacceptable accusing customer for ordering 2 iphones.someone at rogers has change my account sending my invoices to a different address for 3 consecutives month . charging me overdue payment.
Charging me hardware upgrade.late payments charge. Charging me for reprinting invoices .for a fraud was done in to my accounts wich rogers cutomer services admit the fraud .now you guys suspend my services want me to pay all in one time. I have paid one invoices.i offer rogers to make a payments on accounts. You guys refused that asking to pay the amount one time.
The mistake rogers did.
Someone went into my private identity and switch the account I guess no one other than rogers can do that.accusing peoples with theft is unnecaptabale .poor customer services no courtesy for your customer.rogers has no complain departments because is done for a purpose.
Iam going to take my case higher up if no one do something.
I already start doing my work.you are going to hear and see that allover the media as tv.internet.news paper I will do the best I could to clear of my case.
Ccts have all ready received my complain.
Next one will be on (emission je )on TV.
